Fugang He (何伏刚)

Fugang He received his PhD at Beijing Normal University. He is at present an Associate Professor at the Department of Police Command and Tactics in the College of Police Law Enforcement Ability Training, People’s Public Security University of China. Dr. He’s research focuses on the use of information systems for police training, police command and criminal law enforcement. He holds a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Science in Computer Education Studies, and a Doctor of Education in Distance Education. He served as researcher in National Engineering Laboratory for Cyberlearning and Intelligengt Technology. He is also the executive director of Joint Research Center for Intelligent Command and Police Training, PPSUC and Hytera, Inc..
